My partner and I wanted to try something different and found our way to the Hitching Company. Since it was our first time we booked for the 30 minute tour. I say it was very fascinating and we got some fun facts along the way. Rip, our horse had a fun personality and James, our guide was very helpful and nice. Would definitely book again.

We did the North Loop Tour as an anniversary date and it was lovely! Definitely recommend as a nice date idea.

Always enjoy the wonderful ride with my group. Starting at sundown, a fabulous ride through the twilight along the river and through the North Loop. We’ve been coming every year for the last four, enjoying our anniversaries, my wife and I, and my son and his wife.
Arthur was an excellent driver!

We had a great time on our carriage ride through the North Loop and by the river. Our driver was so informative about the history and different facts along the way. Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone.

What a night! We did the 90-minute ride around the north loop and Nicollet Island. Our horse, Rip, and driver, Art, were easy to work with. A very comfortable ride with the best views. We were lucky that the stars were out and the temps in late February were mild. They provide two heavy blankets but be sure to dress warmly. You get to go over several fun bridges and wave at any walkers or people inside cafes or restaurants watching you. The horse almost takes you back in time! The host back at the base was very friendly, there’s a place to use the restroom if you need to before or after the ride.

We did the 90-minute historic tour for our 40th wedding anniversary, and it exceeded our expectations! The carriage was very comfortable and cozy, and even though it was a chilly day (below freezing), we were bundled up warmly beneath carriage blankets. The ride was very relaxing, and our driver, Arthur, was a font of information about the history of the area.
